AAPI Community Organizations Database
One of the most important ways to address anti-Asian racism and to build safe and inclusive communities is to support the many organizations that serve Asian Americans at the local, state, and national levels. Powerful change is possible when people connect with one another, organize their own communities, and take action on issues in their own local contexts.
For this reason, our team has been researching the landscape of Asian American community organizations across the United States and gathering information about the many institutions that serve our diverse population. Using Guidestar, which compiles information about non-profit organizations, we created a database that includes over 600 Asian American community organizations.
- Advocacy: 150+ Organizations
- Student Support: 130+ Organizations
- Professional Advancement: 250+ Organizations
- Arts and Culture: 15+ Organizations
- Health and Human Service: 35+ Organizations
- Mental Health and Wellness: 10+ Organizations
We invite you to explore our database, discover the rich array of Asian American organizations serving your community, and connect with other community members who care about the same issues you do.
The best way to find organizations near you is to filter by region. Organizations are separated into those located in New England, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest, and West. You can also filter for all organizations that operate nationally.
We also ask your help: if you know of an organization that serves Asian Americans and is not on this list, please help us grow our database and add the information by completing this form.
Finally, if you notice that any of our information in this database needs to be updated, please let us know through our contact page.
